Cirql Vietnam (an OrthoLite subsidiary in the textile and footwear industry) utilizes a ZKSSUN high and low temperature humidity test chamber to validate advanced insole materials under extreme climatic conditions, supporting global product certification and performance claims.
The system operates within a -40°C to 180°C range and enables multi-condition reliability evaluation, including damp heat aging, low-temperature brittleness testing, and temperature-humidity cycling simulation.
Under 85°C/85%RH “dual 85” conditions for 1,000 hours, the new polyurethane formulation demonstrated 25% improved compression set resistance and 18% higher rebound retention compared to previous materials. At -30°C, samples maintained flexibility with no micro-cracking after 48-hour exposure. Temperature-humidity cycling further confirmed stable structural integrity across repeated environmental transitions.
All test data was digitally exported and integrated into Cirql’s global R&D system, directly supporting international athletic footwear certification and marketing validation.
