In cooperation with BYD (Automotive & New Energy sector), ZKSSUN provided a customized 78m³ walk-in environmental test chamber system designed for high-risk battery safety validation. The solution integrates an explosion-proof high & low temperature test chamber with a walk-in temperature humidity testing room to support large-scale EV and energy storage system evaluation.
The system is equipped with explosion venting protection and real-time gas monitoring, ensuring safe operation during thermal cycling, humidity aging, and thermal stability testing of battery cells and modules. Multi-layer safety architecture enables compliance with stringent new energy testing standards for hazardous environments.
This solution significantly enhances safety assurance in electric vehicle battery reliability testing while maintaining stable environmental control for long-duration experiments.
